  1. Begin with about 50cm of Dental floss.
  2. Wrap it around your index and middle fingers, leaving about 2inches inbetween.
  3. Slide the floss inbetween the spaces of your teeth, ensuring to wrap the floss into a ‘C’ shape around the base of the tooth and gently under the gum line.
  4. Wipe the surfaces of the tooth, from base to tip until food particles and soft plaque has been removed. Continue motion until all tooth surfaces have been wiped.
  5. Repeat nightly.
